my baby steps into corporate life

Hey Mausam! How you doing?What you been upto lately?any updates?things have been so busy at my end that I hardly had anytime for anything else.Slowly and steadily I have started moving into corporate life.Couple of days back I attended the meeting of all Content providers hosted by Airtel.The biggies like Yahoo,On-mobile,One97 ;-),India Games,rediff were all there.No matter how confident exterior I had the whole time but surely I was over awed by the whole situation.I had to dressup in formals for the occasion which was as such a pain.I wonder how people wear formal clothes day in and day out.Jeans,sweatshirts,t-shirts are for me.It takes time to adjust so I guess it wont be long since I start talking the talk,walking the walk.Everyday I interact with someone new, a content provider,a buisness partner,its all a learning curve.I dont know where I will be this time next year,but I wish wherever I am,I keep enjoying my job as much as I am enjoying right now.
The dry cough has been a constant companion since about 2 months now,I thought it was just change of season,because I experience it this time of the year since a number of years,but maybe I will have to take it more seriously now.Maybe a visit home will help.
I am really looking forward to visiting home now more than ever.All these years I never used to miss home all these years coz I knew I could always go,but when one is tied up for one reason or the other, then we really realise it's importance(that is true for lot of things in life!)
The last time I missed home was around diwali when I called up from US at home.I really wanted to be here rightaway.maybe it all is the diwali effect.
Rest in the next,its time for me to head home,I need a lot of sleep(atleast 8 and a half hour,as suggested in last article by Anonymous)
