I recently saw a report that NASA is thinking abt building a colony on Moon....a permanent settlement.....cant v just concentrate on conserving and saving our planet earth before moving our attention at other places!!!U always wanted to do something for the society...for the betterment of the humanity..but always thought that u would do it when the time would be right.......u always reasoned that "i will do something but first let me make a career for myself" well.......if thats how u thought.......then lemme tell u...that right time will never come if u will keep waiting...the right time is already here....itz just that u can do a lot more things later on.....when u have spare time..but there is something that u can start taking care of even now..... Do u know how much pollution is being caused by the plastic bag which u carry so casually everytime u walk out of a grocery store....???? Do u know that--Almost every seabird in the world has waste plastic inside it. The stomachs of fulmars in the North Sea, storm petrels in the Antarctic and albatrosses in Hawaii have all been found to contain plastic discarded by consumers or industry,plastic bags are now consumed in staggering numbers and are responsible for massive disposal problems including unsightly litter, flooding, and the death of both land and sea animals that mistake them for food,If that dosent move u enough just look at the river yamuna and all your doubts would be cleared.Plastic Bags made of polyethylene, they are also hazardous to manufacture and take up to 1,000 years to decompose.can u imagine....1000 years....a simple plastic bag that u so easily throw around stays around for 1000 years...and where does it go????? nowhere!!!‘BYOB’ — Bring Your Own Bag...Is a campaign which aims at educating the public about the harms of plastic bags.Countries around the world are beginning to make moves to curb society’s appetite for the ubiquitous single-use plastic bag. U know what u can do???? Be a part of this campaign. it is not a tough ask...just reqires a small effort from ur side....U can avoid carrying the plastic bag...and switchover to a jute bags.....buy a few of those from the market and keep them in ur car all the time....so that the next time u have to buy something u use the jute bag instead of the plastic.... Dont throw the plastic bag u already have....keep it with u...so that u can use it time and again........this is the least u can do for humanity and for urself...also please advise others to do the same.....
