Say no to plastic

Chandigarh administration has banned plastic bags! That surely is a praise worthy.I hope they have thought about an alternative for the same. Going by the track record, I think chandigarh admin will be able to implement it,maybe partially but the effort will be there.
If only they could find a way to control the rising traffic.
