Dear Mausam,
My continuous Vegeterian status meant that I had to face this day sooner or later. Like all naive cooks I too started by trying my hand at making omelette. With a few tips from my bro I definitely did a good job. But that was then, today though i started with a confidence of a pro i made a "mess" of it.
Learnings-
1. The egg will stick to the pan if the pan is too hot even if you added adequate amount of oil.
2. The egg will still stick to the pan if the pan is too cold even if you added adequate amount of oil.
3. Don't forget to add oil!
With these mishappening occuring, the already bad day added more misery.
and I shelved plans for cooking for the morning/lunch.
Will stick with corn flakes, bread slice jam and juice till the next time i get hungry
