I love you Airtel/Spice !

Dear Airtel/Spice call centre employees,

I tender my heart felt apologies to you for all the abuses that i showered upon you all these years. Making fuss about things which now seem so immaterial. You used to pamper me a lot with your sweet talks and innumerable offers. Free calling, sms packs, reduced fares, friends and family scheme, free incoming, even free outgoing, calling anywhere in india just for Rupee 1 and all such wonderful schemes which I used to take for granted. But now I realise how wonderful your services were. I used to shout at you because I used to delay my bill payment and you used to disconnect my calls. Oh how stupid i was then, I am sure it is because of your sinsiter plans that I am in US. You requested God that I should be sent to US and then only i will realise how good you people were to me. I realise that now more than ever dear. The T-mobiles,Verizons of this land are dictators. They sign 2 year contract with me, and you know what breaching a contract in US means! They charge me even if I receive sms. They charge me even if I intend to speak with their customer care. They are unapologetic about poor network coverage. They charge me for anything under the sun. I can't buy a phone of my choice even. Sorry fellows from Finland, I can't buy a Nokia.I had no choice but to buy Samsung, coz that was the phone available on deal.
They recently started Hellotunes and they call it caller tones but who want a hellotune by a rapper, I am a Punjabi music addict. Will i ever be able to get Gurdas Mann's "Sajna ve sajna" as my caller tone here in US????

Regards,
:-(

Honey . . . you are getting a feel of Amreeka. There is nothing like free there. Incoming calls are charged for. Perhaps you are yet to get a taste of being kept on "hold" for ever, until you drop the call out of sheer desperation. Good luck

well i enjoyed all these deals when i went back home n i was amazed, its even so cheap to call states or canada from there. and abt messeging i just told all my friends and cousins to send to me all of their messeges , i had fun reading them and sending to each other. Paru tell ya it was fun. n u r so true that fone companies here just rip us off here, charging for everything, incoming outgoing, messeges, etc .......Navu, i really liked this one coz i totally agree with you........
